Expect fresh air, big views, and plenty of opportunities to pause, learn, and connect with the landscape.Distance: 7km/4 milesAscent: 200m/650ftLevel of difficulty: Easy/Moderate/Challenging - some uneven terrain and one fairly steep but short incline. If you need to go whilst we're walking, I'll point out 'wild wee' spots for us to squat in private!Safety:The whole point of our walks is that they are enjoyable and memorable experiences for everyone so we will keep to a slow and steady pace. It's about taking in the views, learning about the history and geology of the area and being in nature, not about rushing to the finish line. Having said that, you are responsible for your own health and safety and with all outdoor activities, there can be risks involved. If you are unsure as to whether you are fit to come on this walk, please either consult your doctor or let us know your concerns. Please inform us of any medical conditions prior to the walk. Every participant MUST complete a Medical & Disclaimer form a minimum of 24 hours before the event begins. This will be sent via email so please look out for it.Our leaders are qualified Hill and Moorland and Mountain Leaders and level 3 Outdoor First Aid trained so they will be on hand in case of an emergency.Dogs:Dogs are more than welcome to come along but please ensure they remain on leads at all times.Refund Policy*:Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled (see below).
